Certificate of Insurance
Alcatraz Media requires a Certificate of Insurance showing “Alcatraz Media Inc, Alcatraz Media LLC, Everybody Loves Travel LLC, Reserve123, Reserve XL, Take 5 Tours and affiliates” as Additional Insured. The certificate should show 3850 Holcomb Bridge Road, Suite 245, Norcross, GA 30092 as the address. This Certificate may be faxed to us at 770-449-9333.
The Certificate of Insurance is required to protect us from liability should one of our customers be injured while participating in one of your activities. Since we have no control over your operation, it is impossible for us to obtain insurance for anything that happens to our customers when they are with you.
